My Business Philosophy

There are a few constants in life and one of them is change. Sometimes we initiate change and often life initiates it for us and we have the challenge of responding.

Change for me and for my family has always been initiated by a move. I have moved a lot in my life, to many places in this country. My transient life allows me to empathize with my clients, to understand the emotional and physical challenges of a move.

I will bring to you, as my client, more than the experience gained from moving a lot, more than my experience from trading financial markets and more than my experience in the real estate industry. I will bring an attitude about life and how I approach it and its challenges, on a daily basis.

My approach to selling a home is a simple, yet effective one. I follow three guidelines that I borrowed from Marilyn King, an Olympian athlete, who promotes Olympian thinking in the game of life. The ability to align three innately human capacities that is the secret to sustained high performance and real satisfaction. My approach includes the following components: Passion..Vision..Action.

Passion is that gut level emotional involvement that is the source of my unlimited energy and creativity that services my commitment to you as my client. Vision is my courage and my ability to envision the goal in very great detail and constantly monitor my belief in that goal. Action is the engagement of a long-term strategy and daily practices in the service of the goal. It is the implementation of the vehicles established by the components of Passion and Vision and Action that will reap the ultimate goal, whatever that may be. I feel strongly about this approach.
